The lever machine is always in vogue. This machine is largely constructed of cast brass and is built to last. The large boiler ensures that lime scale deposits have minimal effect, meaning minimum maintenance is needed. By lifting the lever, a piston inside the body is raised, allowing water under pressure to infuse the coffee in the filter holder.
The lever is then lowered, causing the piston to force the water through the coffee into the cup. The user therefore can vary the speed at which the water passes through the coffee, ensuring this latter is made exactly according to his own requirements.
This machine is fitted with a cappuccino attachment for frothing milk.
Model Europiccola allows 8 cups of espresso to be made consecutively. Boiler and body in chromed brass, safety valve, steam jet interchangeable with Automatic Cappuccino maker, sight glass. Handles: lever, filter holder, boiler cap, steam knob in ABS plastic. Drip tray and grill for cups in ABS plastic.
